What is a knit along?

A Knit Along (abbreviated as KAL) is a group experience where knitters come together and work on the same pattern at the same time.

It is a great way to work a pattern with the support of lots of knitters, and we'll there to guide you every step of the way!

Our KAL is unique because in addition to stitch tutorials and community sharing we will be offering mindfulness practice as well.

What if I just want to be a part of the experience & knit my own project?

You can absolutely knit your own project during our time together.

And you'll still get the shawl patterns and access to the videos.

! WARNING !

  • You may learn some new things

  • You may have some fun

  • You may meet some amazing people

  • You may relax and feel better in your body

  • At the very least you'll have a great shawl or 3!

Have questions?

Join the information session where we'll be sharing information like...

  • A visual sneak peak at the shawls

  • Techniques involved in each shawl

  • Guidance on picking your yarn

  • Time for other questions

Do I need to know how to knit?

Yes, but beginning knitters are welcome.

While this is not a learn-to-knit KAL, if know how to

  • cast on

  • knit stitch

  • purl stitch

  • yarn over

you are good to go.

If you need a refresher on any of these stitches or anything else knit related you can alway take a private lesson with Jill to get ready to join in on the fun! AND...
